Terms & Conditions All orders are final once production begins. Full payment is required before production unless prior terms are approved. Artwork must be approved in writing before printing; Brigade is not responsible for errors in approved designs. Standard turnaround is 7–14 business days after approval and payment. We are not liable for garment defects, color variations, or shipping delays once orders leave our shop. Customer-supplied items are printed at your own risk.

Refund Policy

At Brigade Screen Printing, every order is custom-made — so all sales are final once approved for production. If there’s an error on our end (printing mistake, damaged item, or wrong product), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email brigade.contact25@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description, and photos of the issue. We’ll review your claim within 3 business days and, if approved, issue a reprint or refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note: Refunds aren’t available for customer-provided artwork errors, incorrect sizes, or color variations. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our mistake. Delivery Policy

At Brigade Screen Printing, every order is made to order right here in Boise, Idaho. Once your artwork is approved and payment is received, please allow 7–14 business days for production. Rush orders may be available depending on our current schedule (additional fees may apply). When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with all the details. We ship nationwide using UPS, FedEx, or USPS, and local pickup is also available (if requested prior to order completion) at our Boise shop during business hours. Please note: Brigade is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed off. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, reach out within 7 days so we can help resolve the issue. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the problem was caused by our error.
